Without agreed objectives, there can be no programme. In consultation with you we deliver regular reports on how the programme is performing, on a selection of measurable factors.
Sometimes it's necessary to adjust the programme or alter the incentives and without regular analysis and evaluation, those opportunities can go un-noticed.
We will meet you as often as you need to see us, but at the very least we insist on quarterly reviews with feedback and full evaluation of the last quarter's performance.
