The first step is determining our objective; having agreement about what the final picture should look like. We spend time defining this and identifying the key points of interest that are going to provide meaningful markers along the journey towards reaching our goal.
With the knowledge we will have learned so far, we will also be in a better position to identify additional opportunities available that may not have been considered, let alone rejected.
